The Ukulele Moonshiners have great love and respect for the people of Hawaii. Ed sings the lead on this one, with his wife Carol making her singing debut by adding a background vocal. Chief Science Officer The Amazing Brian Brazda created this video using some vintage Hawaiian post cards, 8 mm footage that his family took in 1962, along with snap shots that Ed had of a family visit to Hawaii. The pictures of Hawaii’s famous “Painted Church” are from one of Stan's many Big Island visits.
This music in this video features Stan strumming on his ukulele. He wrote this tribute when the band was on (stay in your house) lock-down. The Ukulele Moonshiners would like to sincerely thank the courageous hospital heroes who are working and volunteering to keep us safe.
